Interesting! I just wrote on the Solomon's Temple archaeology find at http://20-20faithsight.blogspot.com/2010/03/new-archaeology-discovery-could-be-part.html.
An online magazine I write for, The Underground, also just covered the topic: http://theundergroundsite.com/index.php/2010/03/archaeology-team-discovers-parts-of-solomons-temple-11086.
She gives us clear answers as to why archeology is so important in verifying passages from the bible and known biblical figures that dominated the region from the days of the bible. Very important link that helps all faiths document the signifigance within these findings. Intellectual subject matter that is quite fascinating. Great video here.
Thanks for your follow up comment on my blog! In my own faith as a Jewish believer in Jesus, I believe the Bible in its entirety as the inerrant word of God and that all of its miracles and truths, whether thru archaeological finds or otherwise, will all bear out at Jesus' return!
