The "Titans of the Ice Age" , including a Mastodon and Mammoth exhibit, will take place next Spring at the Field Museum. How jealous am I. The Field Museum was one of my favorite museums growing up.
Baby Lyuda was found close to three years ago, however many are not aware of the discovery.Read more about the exhibit on Page in History
The story of the discovery of the world's most complete baby mammoth, as told by the man who found her. It was mentioned that the finding of this mammoth was a bad omen, however time will tell.

I always find it fascinating to read about mammoths and other creatures which recently became extinct. I wonder how the effort to resurrect them from frozen cells is going?
